For project-affected families applying for their first employment concession certificate.
Who is Eligible?
Direct dependents (son, unmarried daughter, wife, etc.) of the original project-affected landowner whose land was acquired by the government.

Transfer Certificate
Transferring an existing, unused PAP certificate to another eligible family member.
Who is Eligible?
Another direct heir/dependent of the family. The current certificate holder must be willing to surrender the benefit.
